Refund policy

At FIORE COLLECTION, we offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy on all watches, apparel, and accessories.

Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with protective plastic wrap and packaging intact.
- For damaged or incorrect items received, notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- Open parcel inspection is permitted upon delivery. Once payment is made to the courier rider, exchange requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
